How does a Phone Consultation work?
Once an appointment is made an email containing the date and time of appointment, and a contact landline number is sent to you. At your appointment time YOU call the landline number provided. This way Rene knows you are ready to chat. In the event you do not get through the first time, wait a few minutes then try again. It means Rene is still with the previous consultation. Be assured she will answer your call at the first opportunity.

What are the advantages of a Phone Consult?
It is the most economical private option. It also allows you to get help even if you don’t live in Brisbane, Sunshine/Gold Coast.

What are the disadvantages of a Phone Consult?
The biggest challenge is not seeing Rene. While Rene does her best to explain in detail what to-do, sometimes there is no substitute for a visual demonstration. For those that learn by sight, a home consultation is the recommended option.

How much does it cost?
It costs $60 for a one hour consultation or part thereof.

  • This fee is payable by 3pm on the Monday before your appointment.
  • The fee is non refundable for cancellations.

When are Phone Consultations offered?
They are held on Wednesdays. The first appointment begins at 3:30pm (Brisbane, Qld time) and the last appointment begins 6:30pm (Brisbane, Qld time).
